Steel and medical aluminum parts are precisely cut using eccentric presses and shaped to minimal tolerances. Products are machined for longevity and durability, and surface quality and corrosion resistance are enhanced through galvanizing, polishing, and finishing processes.
Plastazote and Polymer Processing
Plastazol and similar neck collar materials are cut in specialized presses and shaped in vacuum machines. Polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) materials are vacuum-formed to provide ergonomic, patient-friendly support.
Polyurethane Processing
Polyurethane materials are shaped with our own molds and special machines (e.g. umbilical hernia wedges), offering high durability and flexibility.
